Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled the same day they are placed.
To qualify for same-day packing and carrier drop-off, your order must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and handed off to the carrier on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure the best service and rates. The shipping provider you select at checkout will be the carrier used for your order. This includes options such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Transit Times
Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin only after the package has been scanned in by the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Important Note on Lost Packages
Due to the limited-run nature of our shirts, we cannot guarantee replacement inventory if a package is lost by the shipping carrier after it has been dropped off. If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, you will need to:

Open a claim or investigation with the carrier.
We are happy to provide you with the proof of shipping and any available documentation to assist you in this process, but the ultimate responsibility for locating the package lies with the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held accountable for packages held or delayed by customs.
